How Body Signals About Our health

13 Things your body says about your health

When the immune system weakens or vitamins are missing, it signals the body with small changes. Here are the signs that show that everything is fine.

Correctly interpret body signals

In the case of a cold, it is important to correctly interpret the body signals rather than simply treating the symptoms. The pharmacist Carsten Poetter gives advice.
“I have a cold again and need something to eat”, is often the wish of customers in the country pharmacy. My request to have something for or against it is not always understood immediately, so I help with a statement: “Should the symptoms be combated or do you want to support your immune system in your work?”
Customers who have already gone through these measures and find that the infections have not improved over time even after antibiotic therapy are looking for other ways. To them, I explain the meaning of these symptoms, which one should not simply fight, but should, first of all, understand as signals of the body, which point to certain “topics”. Infects reflect conflicts that have to do with non-lived communication. If the nose is affected, may the person in question wonder what it is that he is full of, it is the ears, if one wonders what one no longer wishes to hear, it is the almonds, one should ask oneself against whom or what one is could no longer properly defend themselves and it is ultimately the bronchi, the question should be pursued, which is self-oppressive and burdened. The answers to these questions usually provide the reason for those symptoms that are controlled by viruses and bacteria.
If the children are affected, I try to point out that they often express the “problems” of their parents and in turn produce symptoms. If one understands that the signal lamp (symptom) expresses only one information, it does not make sense to remove the lamp.

If something is wrong with our health, our body often sends warning signals. For example, stomach problems or headaches can be the result of stress or a lot of mental stress. But even external signs such as pale skin, tongue coating or discolored fingernails can be evidence of disease or deficiency symptoms. We explain how to interpret these warning signs of your body correctly.

how our body signals about our health thats need to be interpreted correctly

1. Torn corners of the mouth as a warning signal

Broken corners of the mouth (rhagades) are manifested by small inflammations of the mouth, which often ache when talking and burn with every touch. These fissures can be caused by dry lips and the associated habit of licking their lips constantly, which causes the skin to dry out and tear.

Viruses, bacteria or fungi, such as herpes simplex or streptococci, are also possible causes of the inflamed corners of the mouth. In addition, iron deficiency or a lack of vitamin B2 can cause the symptoms.

If the symptoms recur, again and again, a doctor should clarify the cause. Because even diseases such as diabetes, psoriasis or allergies may be the cause of the complaints.

As a home remedy for torn corners of the mouth, by the way, honey is suitable because it makes the lips supple and at the same time has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

2. Tongue covering as an indication of illness

If our tongue is healthy, it is pale pink and usually shows a thin whitish tongue coating, which comes from food leftovers and harmless germs. However, with a strong covering of the tongue, the body can express the presence of a disease.

Among other things, depending on the color of the tongue covering, the following triggers may be present:

  • White: Cold, gastrointestinal diseases or oral thrush
  • yellowish: fungal infections or disorders of bile and liver
  • red (raspberry tongue): infectious diseases, vitamin B12 deficiency, gastrointestinal problems and diseases of the liver and heart
  • brown: intestinal diseases, kidney problems
  • gray: iron deficiency or anemia
  • black (hairy tongue): disturbed oral flora as a side effect of antibiotics

In addition to the color of the tongue covering the tongue can also provide further evidence of health. For example, a dry or swollen tongue may indicate various diseases.

3. Dark circles and swollen eyelids

Dark circles and thick eyelids are often associated with lack of sleep or over-consumption of alcohol. In fact, there is not always an unhealthy lifestyle behind the apparitions.

Dark circles are not uncommon on the one hand, especially in fair-skinned people, but on the other hand, they can also be signs of nutrient deficiency (iron or zinc) or an undersupply of the blood with oxygen and diseases of the liver, kidneys and metabolism.

Swelling of the eyelids is also an indication of allergies, high blood pressure, the onset of shingles, heart failure or kidney disease.

4. Paleness can have many causes

Everyone has their own skin color. But a sudden change in color may be an indication that something is wrong with the body. For example, pale skin is a well-known sign of physical discomfort. A dull complexion can not be just an indication of too little sun.

Temporary paleness may indicate circulatory problems, infections or low blood sugar (for example, diabetes). However, if the paleness lasts longer and is accompanied by pale mucous membranes, this is a warning signal for more serious problems. Possible causes of pale skin are:

Anemia, for example as a result of a lack of iron, folic acid or vitamin B12 or due to kidney weakness
low blood pressure (hypotension)
Hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism)
unnoticed bleeding in the body, such as a stomach ulcer
in heavy smokers: so-called “smoker skin” due to lack of oxygen

5. Yellowish skin and yellow eyes

If you notice the look in the mirror that the skin and the otherwise white part of the eyes are yellowish, you should consult a doctor. Because yellowish skin, especially in connection with yellow eyes, can be an indication of jaundice. Discoloration occurs when the concentration of bilirubin (a red blood cell depletion product) in the body is increased.

6.Smooth, rosy facial skin

How smooth and rosy the skin is, of course, depends very much on age. In younger years, it should be well supplied with blood and evenly tinted – red spots may show up at best in strenuous sport.

Healthy lips should not be dry or cracked. That would be a sign of lack of moisture or too little B vitamins and zinc in the organism – especially if the corners of the mouth constantly show cracks.

Rosy cheeks have long been viewed as a sign of good health. ... In rosacea, blood vessels in your face enlarge, allowing more blood to flow into your cheeks.

7.Full, shiny hair

Hair is a sensitive sensor for your health. If they are permanently brittle and brittle, this is not just a sign of unsuitable hair shampoo. If they feel strong, shine and move naturally, then probably everything is fine with humans too. If not, minerals and vitamins are missing :
  • Vitamin A, when the hair is dull and the scalp is scaly
  • Iron and zinc if the hair is dry and brittle
  • B vitamins and vitamin C, if hair grows slowly
  • High sugar and fat consumption when the scalp itches
  • Protein or iron deficiency in hair loss (but there are many other causes of hair loss)
    Shiny hair symtops

8.Hard, smooth fingernails
Healthy fingernails are firm, yet flexible, their smooth surface shimmers dull. The so-called crescent at the nail root is light. Flawless skin surrounds the nail.
The most common changes on the fingernails, such as brittleness, grooves or stains, are not a deficiency symptom as often suspected, but have banal causes:

  • Longitudinal grooves are an aging phenomenon
  • Brittle nails come from frequent water contact (cleaning or rinsing water)

9.Good, deep sleep

Our sleep is one of the most important indicators of good health. Anyone who can fall asleep well in the evening and does not frizzy in the middle of the night has a health “guarantee”. Then the stress moves in the normal range, the blood pressure is right and the breath flows evenly without risky snoring stoppages, the apnea.
Good sleep consists of a steady rhythm of deep and light sleep phases. This promises perfect relaxation, new energy for the day and even longer life.

10.Pink, free tongue

A healthy tongue is pale pink, slightly covered and slightly rough on the surface.
If there is a white coating on the tongue or if it is noticeably red, this is an indication of an inflammation in the body or vitamin deficiency (usually vitamin A, vitamin B12 or vitamin C). Harmless on the other hand is a cracked-furrowed tongue, the so-called map tongue. It is genetic.

11.Guard, clear eyes

The clear eyes show that you have slept enough and have not stared too long at the computer screen or were in the fresh air. Otherwise they are often killed and burn . They are more indirect signs of their health.

Smooth skin without swelling under the eyes are also a health signal. Because the opposite – swollen eyelids – indicate allergies , too little sleep or even an unhealthy diet, that is: too much salt.

12.Slim, flexible shackles

If you are not overturned or pregnant, your feet and shackles should not be swollen by water retention. Slender restraints are a sign of a fit cardiovascular system and well-functioning venous valves.

13.Lots of energy

If you jump out of bed every morning and are already full of energy, you are almost certainly very well.

Because with many health problems – from stress to thyroid disorder – or deficiency symptoms, the affected feel in the morning tired, exhausted and powerless.

It’s also a sign of good health when your energy lasts all day. However, if it breaks in the afternoon and their eyes involuntarily close, then it probably lacks the sugar metabolism.

Possible causes of these symptoms include:

Diseases of the liver (for example due to hepatitis, liver cirrhosis or hepatitis B infection)
Illnesses of bile (for example because of a gallstone or bile due to inflammation)
Blood disorders (due to poisoning, for example)

Activate self-healing powers

I then advise these clients to investigate the causes and recommend special homeopathic formulas that we manufacture in the country pharmacy. These include the aqueous distillates sinusitis complex and immuno-complex, which on the one hand serve to make these relationships clear and on the other hand help the immune system to process the toxins (even the past).

The recommendation is to spray the agent in the acute phase at intervals of 10 minutes under the tongue in order to activate the body’s own processes in a meaningful way. In addition, plenty of warm water should be drunk to eliminate as many toxins through the kidneys and the skin. (That’s why they sweat more and more.) In connection with infections, I generally advise against antipyretics, as they cause the metabolic toxins released by bacteria and viruses can not be destroyed, because the increased body temperature is artificially lowered.

Do not fight against the body

Frequently, a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius is necessary for these substances to lose their biological activity. If they remain in the bloodstream, they prefer to deposit in the body’s own depots, which include the maxillary sinuses and paranasal sinuses, which release their contents at a later date and often play a role in controlling many chronic conditions. One should limit oneself to dissipate the warmth over the skin by Quarkwick or calf wrap, but the core temperature should not be lowered. On the contrary, it sometimes makes sense to increase the temperature, for which linden flower tea is suitable.
Finally, it should be noted that the body with its self-regulation has a special intelligence that we should consider and not fight. As long as we defend ourselves against our bodies, we will not get well.
